Although designed for freeriding, these adaptable waterproof shell pants are also ideal for normal on- and off-slope ski and snowboard activities, as well as ski touring. They made use of a face cloth made of GORE-TEX®, the industry standard membrane for complete windproofness, excellent breathability, and extremely long-lasting waterproofness (28,000mm). With a recycled nylon face, the fabric is a sturdy 3-layer 70DX160D GORE-TEX® (RET less than 13). Vectran reinforcement on the lower thigh increases durability in areas where the pants brush against steel edges or boots.
